Your goals for the next few months should be that you:

Concentrate on getting your credit in tip top shape. - Save some money for that twenty percent down payment you are going to need to buy that first facility.
- Work on saving some money to get your storage facility investing business started. You will need some money to get it up and running
Once you have worked on these three items and have achieved these goals, please do come back and reapply for the StorageNerds mastermind.
