StorageNerds 1 year, 11 months agoFantastic day this past Saturday for our in-field training day. Here is Jon Howard giving us a tour of his amazing climate controlled facility in Ball Ground. He gutted this building and renovated it turnkey as a climate control facility. So amazing! He gave us the step-by-step process on how he did this for the walk thru.

Turnkey Acquisitions 1 year, 11 months agoWe signed up with StorageReach a few weeks back and within that time frame we have received 59 reviews for 8 facilities. We didn’t sign up all of them bc we wanted to try it out but we will probably sign up for all of them next month. Kale (owner of StorageReach) will be speaking at one of our mastermind coming up soon.
